Initial Setup

Setting Main Time and Date (Zone 1)

  1. Pull out the Crown: Gently pull the crown out to position 2.
  2. Set the Date: Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to set the correct date.
  3. Pull out the Crown Further: Pull the crown out to position 3. The second hand will stop.
  4. Set the Time: Turn the crown to set the hour and minute hands to the desired time. Ensure the 24-hour sub-dial (right sub-dial) reflects the correct AM/PM for the main time.
  5. Push in the Crown: Once the time is set, push the crown back into position 1 to start the watch.

Setting Dual Time (Zone 2)

  1. Do not pull out the Crown.
  2. Adjust Zone 2: Use Pusher A (top) to advance the hour hand of the left sub-dial (Zone 2) forward. Use Pusher B (bottom) to move it backward.
  3. Synchronize: Set the Zone 2 sub-dial to the desired second time zone. This sub-dial operates independently of the main time setting.

Operation

Reading Dual Time

The left sub-dial displays the second time zone in a 12-hour format. The right sub-dial indicates the 24-hour cycle for the main time, helping to distinguish between AM and PM for Zone 1.

Water Resistance

Your watch has a water resistance rating of 50 meters (5 ATM). This means it is suitable for short periods of recreational swimming, but not for diving or prolonged water exposure. Avoid operating the crown or pushers when the watch is wet to prevent water ingress.

Care and Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the watch case and strap regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and moisture. For leather straps, avoid excessive water exposure.
  • Avoid Chemicals: Do not expose your watch to harsh chemicals, solvents, or detergents, as these can damage the case, strap, or internal components.
  • Temperature Extremes: Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or sudden temperature changes, which can affect accuracy and battery life.
  • Magnetic Fields: Keep the watch away from strong magnetic fields, as they can interfere with the quartz movement.
  • Battery Replacement: When the battery runs low, have it replaced by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and function.
  • Storage: When not in use, store your watch in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original box or a watch case to protect it from dust and scratches.
