4. Setup and Assembly
Follow the detailed installation manual provided in the box to assemble the chair. Assembly typically takes 15-20 minutes. All necessary parts, screws, and a wrench are included.

5. Operating Instructions
Familiarize yourself with the chair's adjustable features to optimize your comfort and support.
5.1 Adjusting Seat Height
To adjust the seat height, locate the lever under the seat. Pull the lever upwards while applying or releasing weight from the seat to move it up or down. Release the lever to lock the height. The seat height range (cushion to floor) is 17.72''-22.44''.

5.2 Adjusting Lumbar Support
The chair features an adjustable lumbar support that can be moved up and down to provide optimal support for your lower back. Adjust it to a position that feels most comfortable and supportive for your spine.

5.3 Using Flip-up Armrests
The armrests can be flipped up by 90 degrees. This feature allows you to push the chair further under your desk, saving space when not in use, or to easily move closer to your workspace.

5.4 Rocking/Tilt Function
The chair offers a tilt rocking function, allowing you to recline between 90° and 120°. To activate, pull out the lever located under the seat. To adjust the tension of the rocking motion, turn the tension knob (clockwise to tighten, counter-clockwise to loosen). Push the lever back in to lock the chair in an upright position.

5.5 Swivel Function
The chair is equipped with a 360° swivel function and quiet casters, allowing for smooth and effortless movement across your workspace.
6. Maintenance and Care
To ensure the longevity and appearance of your X XISHE office chair, follow these care instructions:
- Cleaning: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
- Casters: Keep casters free of debris to ensure smooth movement.
- Mesh Back: The breathable mesh back can be gently wiped to remove dust.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your chair, please refer to the following general advice:
- Squeaking Noises: Check all bolted connections and tighten them. Applying a small amount of silicone lubricant to moving parts may help.
- Difficulty Adjusting Height: Ensure the gas lift lever is fully engaged and there is no obstruction. If the issue persists, the gas lift cylinder may need replacement.
- Instability: Verify that the base is correctly assembled and all casters are securely inserted. Ensure the chair is used on a flat, stable surface.
