1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup

Unpacking:

  1. Carefully remove the air fryer oven and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Remove any stickers or labels.
  3. Check that all parts are present and undamaged.

First Use & Cleaning:

  1. Before first use, wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
  2. Wash the basket, oil pan, grill rack, and frying pan in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. These parts are also dishwasher safe.
  3. It is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 200°C (400°F) before cooking food for the first time. This helps to burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. A slight odor may be present during this process; ensure good ventilation.

Placement:

  • Place the appliance on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
  • Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of free space on the back, sides, and above the appliance to allow for proper ventilation.
  • Do not place the appliance near flammable materials or heat sources.

5. Operating Instructions

The BioloMix AF536 Air Fryer Oven offers intuitive controls for various cooking needs.

Basic Operation:

  1. Power On: Plug the appliance into a grounded electrical outlet. The power indicator will light up. Press the power button to turn on the display.
  2. Preheating (Optional): For best results, preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes before adding food. Set the desired temperature and time, then press start.
  3. Loading Food: Place food into the appropriate accessory (basket, grill rack, or frying pan). Do not overfill. Insert the accessory into the air fryer oven.
  4. Setting Temperature and Time: Use the temperature and time adjustment buttons (+/-) to set your desired cooking parameters. The temperature range is 50°C-200°C, and the timer is 1-60 minutes.
  5. Starting Cooking: Press the start/pause button to begin cooking. The internal light can be turned on/off using the light button to monitor progress through the transparent window.
  6. Shaking/Flipping Food: For even cooking, some foods may require shaking or flipping halfway through the cooking process. Carefully pull out the accessory, shake/flip, and reinsert. The appliance will pause automatically and resume when the accessory is reinserted.
  7. End of Cooking: The timer will beep when cooking is complete. Carefully remove the cooked food using heat-resistant gloves.

The air fryer oven comes with 8 pre-programmed cooking presets for common dishes.

To use a preset:

  1. Turn on the appliance.
  2. Press the 'Menu' button repeatedly or use the arrow buttons to cycle through the 8 preset options (Fries, Wings, Steak, Fish, Shrimp, Vegetables, Toast, Dehydrate).
  3. Once the desired preset is selected, the appliance will display a default time and temperature.
