2. Safety Warnings
Always follow these instructions for safe and effective use. Failure to do so may result in injury or damage to the product.
- The Electro Block safety system automatically switches off the product in case of anomalies.
- Keep the product away from water. Do not use it while sleeping or lying down in a way that could cause overheating or entanglement.

3. Setup
- Unpack the Product: Carefully remove the thermal cushion and its control unit from the packaging.
- Inspect for Damage: Before first use, inspect the thermal cushion and power cord for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
- Connect the Control Unit: Ensure the control unit is securely connected to the thermal cushion.
- Position the Cushion: Place the thermal cushion comfortably around your neck and shoulders. The ergonomic design is intended to fit various body shapes.
- Plug In: Insert the power plug into a suitable electrical outlet (220-240V, 50/60Hz).

4. Operating Instructions
- Power On: Press the power button on the control unit to turn on the thermal cushion. The cushion will begin to heat rapidly, reaching desired temperature in approximately 5 minutes.
- Select Temperature: Use the temperature selection dial or buttons on the control unit to choose one of the 5 available heat settings. Start with a lower setting and adjust as needed for comfort.
- Automatic Shut-off: For safety, the thermal cushion is equipped with an automatic shut-off feature that will turn off the device after 3 hours of continuous use.
- Power Off: To turn off the thermal cushion manually, press the power button again. Unplug the device from the electrical outlet when not in use.

5. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your thermal cushion.
- Cleaning: The thermal cushion is machine washable at 30°C.
- Detaching Control Unit: Before washing, always detach the control unit from the thermal cushion. Ensure the connection is completely dry before reattaching and using the product again.
- Drying: Allow the thermal cushion to air dry completely before storage or next use. Do not tumble dry or iron.
- Storage: Store the thermal cushion in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid folding it tightly to prevent damage to the internal heating elements.

6. Troubleshooting
