Introduction

This manual provides essential instructions for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your Watchmark Smartwatch WQ21. The Watchmark WQ21 Smartwatch offers numerous functions for sports and health, including an integrated blood pressure monitor, heart rate monitor, and thermometer. It allows you to measure steps taken, calories burned, and distance traveled. Setup

1. Charging the Smartwatch

Before first use, fully charge your Watchmark WQ21 Smartwatch. Connect the charging cable to the charging port on the back of the watch and to a standard USB power adapter (not included). The watch display will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.

2. Powering On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the side button for a few seconds until the Watchmark logo appears.
  • To Power Off: From the watch face, swipe down or navigate to the settings menu, then select 'Power Off' or 'Shutdown'. Confirm your selection.

3. Pairing with Your Smartphone

  1. Download the official Watchmark companion application from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
  2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
  3. Open the Watchmark application and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.
  4. In the app, select 'Add Device' or 'Pair New Device'. The app will search for your WQ21 Smartwatch.
  5. Select 'WQ21' from the list of available devices. A pairing request may appear on both your phone and smartwatch. Confirm the pairing.
  6. Once paired, the app will synchronize data with your smartwatch and allow you to configure settings.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning
