- Outdoor Use Only: This fire pit table is designed for outdoor use only. Do not use indoors or in an enclosed area.
- Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation around the fire pit table. Do not obstruct airflow.
- Clearance: Maintain a minimum clearance of 36 inches (91 cm) from the top and sides to combustible materials.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the fire pit table at all times. Never leave the fire pit table unattended when in use.
- Fuel: Use only liquid propane (LP) gas. Do not use any other fuel.
- Propane Tank: Use a standard 20 lb propane tank (not included). Ensure the tank is securely placed and connected.
- Leak Test: Perform a leak test on all gas connections before initial use and after any tank change.
- Hot Surfaces: The fire pit table surfaces become hot during operation. Avoid direct contact.
- Emergency: In case of a gas leak or fire, immediately turn off the gas supply at the tank and evacuate the area.

3. Setup and Assembly
Assembly typically requires two people due to the weight and size of components. Follow the numbered instructions provided in the included manual for detailed steps.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Place them on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Assemble Base: Attach the side panels to the main frame using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Install Propane Tank: Open the access door on the side of the fire pit table. Place a standard 20 lb propane tank (not included) onto the tank support. Connect the gas hose from the burner assembly to the propane tank. Tighten securely by hand.
- Place Burner Assembly: Carefully lower the stainless steel burner assembly into the designated opening in the tabletop.
- Add Glass Beads: Distribute the provided glass beads evenly over the burner area. Ensure the igniter and burner holes are not completely covered.
- Install Igniter Battery: Locate the battery compartment for the electronic igniter. Insert one AAA battery (included) with the correct polarity.

4. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to safely ignite and operate your fire pit table.
- Open Gas Supply: Slowly turn the valve on the propane tank counter-clockwise to open the gas supply.
- Ignite: Locate the control panel on the side of the fire pit table. Push and hold the igniter button while simultaneously turning the control knob to the 'ON' position. Continue holding the igniter button for 5-10 seconds until the flame is established.
- Adjust Flame: Once ignited, release the igniter button. Use the control knob to adjust the flame height to your desired level (Low to Max).
- To Turn Off: Turn the control knob to the 'OFF' position. Then, turn the valve on the propane tank clockwise to completely shut off the gas supply.

5. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your fire pit table.
- Cleaning: Allow the fire pit table to cool completely before cleaning. Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Cover Usage: Use the provided water-proof Oxford cover when the fire pit table is not in use to protect it from weather elements.
- Glass Beads: Periodically inspect the glass beads for debris. Clean as needed.
- Burner Inspection: Regularly check the burner and gas connections for any signs of damage or blockage.

6. Troubleshooting

- No Ignition:
- Check if the propane tank valve is fully open.
- Ensure the igniter battery is correctly installed and not depleted.
- Verify gas connections are secure and there are no leaks.
- Low Flame:
- Check propane tank level; it may be low.
- Ensure the control knob is set to a higher flame position.
- Inspect burner holes for any blockages.
- Flame Goes Out:
- Ensure the propane tank is not empty.
- Check for strong winds that might be extinguishing the flame (consider a wind guard if not already present).
