7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your DOBBOR Stand Mixer, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Mixer does not turn on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check if the mixer head is fully locked down.
- Mixer stops during operation: The overheat protection may have activated. Unplug the mixer and let it cool down for 20-30 minutes before restarting. Reduce the load or mixing time for very thick mixtures.
- Attachments are difficult to install/remove: Ensure the mixer head is fully raised and locked. Apply a small amount of food-grade lubricant to the shaft if necessary.
- Ingredients are not mixing evenly: Ensure the correct attachment is being used for the type of mixture. For very small quantities, the planetary mixing action may not reach the very bottom; use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Excessive noise or vibration: Ensure the mixer is placed on a stable, flat surface and the suction cups are engaged. Check that the bowl and attachment are securely locked in place.
If the problem persists after trying these solutions, please contact customer support.
