4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power Connection
- Ensure the fryer is filled with oil to the correct level.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet (220-240V / 50-60Hz). The green 'Power Light' indicator on the control panel will illuminate.
4.2 Setting Temperature and Preheating
- Turn the 'Temperature Selection' dial for the desired tank to the required temperature. Refer to the recommended temperatures for various foods (e.g., Potato 143°C/280°F, Chicken Wing 179°C/350°F, Fish Steak 179°C/350°F).
- The orange 'Hot Light' indicator will illuminate, indicating that the heating element is active.
- Allow the oil to preheat. The 'Hot Light' will turn off once the set temperature is reached and cycle on/off to maintain the temperature.
4.3 Frying Food
- Place food into the fryer basket. Do not overload the basket, as this can lower oil temperature and result in soggy food.
- Slowly lower the basket into the hot oil. Be cautious of oil splashing.
- Fry for the recommended time, or until food is golden brown and cooked through. Cooking times vary depending on the food type and quantity. Most fried foods can be cooked within 5 minutes.
- Once cooked, carefully lift the basket and hook it onto the basket rest to allow excess oil to drain.
- Remove food from the basket and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any remaining oil.
