3. Setup and Initial Use

3.1 Unpacking

  1. Carefully remove all packaging materials from the fryer.
  2. Inspect the appliance for any damage. Do not use if damaged.
  3. Ensure all components are present: main fryer unit, 2 frying baskets, 2 lid covers, power cord.

3.2 Placement

3.3 Initial Cleaning

  1. Before first use, clean the frying tanks, baskets, and lids with warm soapy water.
  2. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Ensure no water remains in the tanks before adding oil.
  3. Wipe the exterior of the fryer with a damp cloth.

3.4 Oil Filling

  1. Ensure the fryer is unplugged.
  2. Pour cooking oil or fat into each tank. Fill between the MIN and MAX level indicators marked inside the tank. Do not overfill or underfill.
  3. The total oil capacity is 12 liters (6 liters per tank).

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power Connection

  1. Ensure the fryer is filled with oil to the correct level.
  2. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet (220-240V / 50-60Hz). The green 'Power Light' indicator on the control panel will illuminate.

4.2 Setting Temperature and Preheating

  1. Turn the 'Temperature Selection' dial for the desired tank to the required temperature. Refer to the recommended temperatures for various foods (e.g., Potato 143°C/280°F, Chicken Wing 179°C/350°F, Fish Steak 179°C/350°F).
  2. The orange 'Hot Light' indicator will illuminate, indicating that the heating element is active.
  3. Allow the oil to preheat. The 'Hot Light' will turn off once the set temperature is reached and cycle on/off to maintain the temperature.

4.3 Frying Food

  1. Place food into the fryer basket. Do not overload the basket, as this can lower oil temperature and result in soggy food.
  2. Slowly lower the basket into the hot oil. Be cautious of oil splashing.
  3. Fry for the recommended time, or until food is golden brown and cooked through. Cooking times vary depending on the food type and quantity. Most fried foods can be cooked within 5 minutes.
  4. Once cooked, carefully lift the basket and hook it onto the basket rest to allow excess oil to drain.
  5. Remove food from the basket and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any remaining oil.

  3. Allow the oil and appliance to cool completely before cleaning or moving.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your fryer. Always ensure the fryer is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning.

5.1 Draining and Filtering Oil

  1. Once the oil has cooled, carefully remove the heating element assembly from each tank.
  2. Carefully lift and remove the oil tanks from the main unit.
  3. Pour the cooled oil through a fine mesh strainer or coffee filter into a suitable container for reuse or disposal.
