5. Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your WECLEAN V7 Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner:
- Attach Caster Wheels: Turn the vacuum unit upside down. Insert the caster wheels into the designated holes on the base until they click securely into place.
- Connect the Hose: Insert the larger end of the flexible hose into the suction inlet on the front of the vacuum unit. Twist clockwise to secure it firmly. For blower function, connect the hose to the exhaust port.
- Install Filters:
- For dry vacuuming, ensure the HEPA filter is securely installed over the motor cage.
- For wet vacuuming, remove the HEPA filter and install the foam filter over the motor cage.
- Attach Extension Wands and Nozzles: Connect the extension wands to the hose, then attach the desired cleaning nozzle (e.g., floor nozzle, crevice tool) to the end of the wands.

6. Operation
6.1 General Use
Before operating, ensure the power cord is fully extended and plugged into a grounded electrical outlet. Use the power switch located on the top of the unit to turn the vacuum on or off.

6.2 Wet Vacuuming
For wet vacuuming, ensure the HEPA filter is removed and the foam filter is installed. The vacuum is equipped with an automatic power-off feature that activates when the liquid level reaches its maximum capacity, preventing overflow and protecting the motor.

When the vacuum automatically shuts off, turn off the power switch, unplug the unit, and empty the tank before resuming operation.

6.3 Dry Vacuuming
For dry vacuuming, ensure the foam filter is removed and the HEPA filter is installed. Use appropriate attachments for different surfaces, such as the floor nozzle for large areas or the crevice tool for tight spaces.

6.4 Blower Function
To use the blower function, disconnect the hose from the suction inlet and connect it to the exhaust port located on the back of the motor head. This allows the vacuum to expel air, useful for clearing debris from driveways, workshops, or hard-to-reach areas.

7.1 Filter Cleaning and Replacement
The HEPA filter and foam filter are washable and reusable. Clean them regularly to maintain suction power.

- Release the flexible latches on the sides of the unit and lift off the motor head.
- Carefully remove the filter (HEPA or foam) from the motor cage.
- Rinse the filter under running water until clean. For HEPA filters, gently tap to remove excess dust before rinsing.
- Allow the filter to air dry completely before re-installing. Do not use the vacuum with a wet HEPA filter.
7.2 Tank Emptying
Empty the tank after each wet vacuuming session or when it is full during dry vacuuming.
