Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for proper installation of your GPS speedometer:

1. Panel Preparation: Cut an 85mm (3 3/8") diameter hole in the desired mounting panel. Ensure a clearance of at least 55mm (2 3/16") behind the panel to accommodate the gauge body.
2. Gauge Mounting: Insert the gauge into the prepared hole. Secure it by screwing down the fastening ring from the rear of the panel.
3. GPS Antenna Placement: Securely fasten the GPS antenna. For optimal signal reception, place the antenna outdoors or inside the front windscreen, ensuring it has a clear, unobstructed view of the sky. Avoid cutting the antenna cable.

1. Enter Setting Mode: Press and hold the back button (or external button if connected) while turning on the power supply.
2. Select 'BUZZ' Function: The LCD display will show "BUZZ". Release the button.
3. Adjust Threshold: After selecting "BUZZ", the LCD will display the current overspeed threshold (e.g., "B 80" for 80 km/h). Press the button again to change the flashing digit. The adjustable range for the overspeed buzzer alarm threshold is typically from 10 to 240 (units depend on the selected speed unit, e.g., MPH or Km/h).
4. Save Settings: To save the new setting, you must disconnect both the Power+ and GND wires, and then reconnect them. If only the Power+ wire is disconnected, the setting will not be saved properly.
