Maintenance
Battery Replacement
When the controller's performance degrades or the Xbox button flashes slowly, it indicates low battery. Replace the AA batteries as described in the "Battery Installation" section. For optimal performance, use high-quality alkaline or rechargeable AA batteries.
Cleaning
To clean your controller, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents, as these can damage the controller's finish and internal components.
Storage
Store the controller in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, it is recommended to remove the batteries to prevent leakage and potential damage.
