Operating Instructions
- Powering On/Off: Press and hold the power button located on the top of the dispenser for a few seconds to turn it on or off.

- Adjusting Dispensing Volume: The dispenser offers 5 adjustable levels for soap volume. Press the power button briefly to cycle through the levels. Level 1 dispenses the least amount, while Level 5 dispenses the most. Choose a lower setting for handwashing and a higher setting for dishwashing or other needs.

- Child Lock Function: The dispenser may feature a child lock function to prevent accidental activation. Refer to the included tip card or the full user manual for specific instructions on how to activate and deactivate this feature.
Maintenance
- Refilling: When the transparent bottle indicates low soap levels, refill the dispenser by opening the top cap and pouring in liquid soap. The transparent design makes it easy to monitor the soap level.
- Cleaning: To clean the exterior, wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Do not submerge the dispenser in water. For internal cleaning or if the dispenser is clogged, empty the reservoir, fill it with warm water, and activate the dispenser several times until clear water is dispensed. This helps clear any soap residue from the pump mechanism. Allow to air dry completely before refilling with soap.
- Charging: Recharge the dispenser when the battery indicator shows low power. Use the provided USB cable. A full charge takes approximately 15 hours, but this ensures a long operating time. To preserve battery life, use a USB power source that does not exceed 1A.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Dispenser not turning on. | Low battery. | Charge the dispenser fully using the provided USB cable. |
| Soap not dispensing or dispensing slowly. |
|
|
| Dispenser blinking but no soap. | Internal blockage or airlock. | Empty the liquid, clean the interior with a bottle brush (if accessible) or by running warm water through it. Allow to dry, then reactivate while empty before refilling. |
| Accidental dispensing. | Sensor triggered unintentionally. | Ensure the dispenser is placed in an area where the sensor will not be accidentally triggered. Consider using the child lock function if available. |
