4. Operating
Basic Operation
- Press the lid release button to open the lid.
- Fill the kettle with the desired amount of fresh, cold water. Do not fill below the MIN mark or above the MAX mark.
- Close the lid securely.
- Place the kettle onto the power base.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. The LED display will illuminate.
- Press the Start/Stop button (triangle icon) to begin boiling. The display will show the current temperature and then count up as it heats.
- The kettle will automatically switch off once the water reaches 100°C.

Temperature Selection and Keep-Warm Function
The Princess 236060 Moments Kettle allows you to select a specific target temperature and maintain it.
- After placing the filled kettle on the base, use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the desired target temperature. The LED display will show the selected temperature.
- Press the Start/Stop button (triangle icon) to begin heating. The kettle will heat the water to the selected temperature and then automatically switch off.
- To activate the Keep Warm function, press the Keep Warm button (wavy lines icon) after selecting your desired temperature and before pressing Start/Stop, or after the water has reached the target temperature. The kettle will maintain the water at the selected temperature for a set period.
- To cancel any operation, press the Start/Stop button again.
Smart Control via HomeWizard Kitchen App
This kettle can be controlled remotely via the HomeWizard Kitchen app on your smartphone. Refer to the separate HomeWizard Kitchen app instructions for pairing and advanced features such as scheduling and custom temperature profiles.
5. Maintenance
Regular cleaning and descaling will prolong the life of your kettle and ensure optimal performance.
Cleaning the Exterior
- Always unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the kettle with a soft, damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish.
- Never immerse the kettle or its power base in water.
Descaling
Limescale buildup can affect the kettle's performance and energy efficiency. Descale your kettle regularly, especially in areas with hard water.
- Fill the kettle with a mixture of water and white vinegar (e.g., 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water) or a commercial descaling solution according to the product instructions.
- Boil the mixture.
