Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your DieseRC Wireless Light Switch System. This system utilizes 433 MHz RF technology to provide a convenient and wiring-free solution for controlling lighting and other electrical appliances.
The system includes a wireless wall switch (transmitter) and a compact receiver unit. It is designed for ease of use and installation, offering flexible control options for various applications.
Setup and Installation
Before beginning installation, ensure the main power supply to the circuit is turned off to prevent electrical shock.
Receiver Installation
The mini receiver unit (dimensions: 47 x 42 x 23 mm) is designed to be installed between the power source and the appliance (e.g., light fixture). It can be easily concealed in most electrical boxes, junction boxes, or mounted directly.
- Wiring: Connect the live wire (L) and neutral wire (N) from the power supply to the "Input" terminals of the receiver. Connect the live wire (L) and neutral wire (N) of your appliance to the "Output" terminals of the receiver. The receiver supports AC 85V ~ 250V, suitable for 110V, 220V, and 230V AC systems.
- Antenna: The receiver is equipped with an antenna. For optimal signal reception, you may extend this antenna.

Wireless Switch Installation
The wireless switch is a standard Type 86 panel switch. It requires no wiring and can be installed in several ways:
- Adhesive Mounting: Use the provided double-sided adhesive tape to fix the switch to any flat surface, such as a wall, glass, or furniture.
- Screw Mounting: For a more permanent installation, the switch can be mounted using screws.

Pairing the Switch and Receiver
To establish communication between the wireless switch and the receiver, follow these steps:
- Press the learning button on the receiver unit twice. Wait for 3 seconds. The indicator light on the receiver will blink.
- Within 3 seconds, press one button on the wireless switch. Wait for 3 seconds. The indicator light on the receiver will stop blinking, indicating successful pairing.
Each receiver can store approximately 10 wireless switches. One transmitter can also control multiple receivers.

Operating Instructions
Once paired, the wireless switch operates like a standard light switch. Press the button to toggle the connected appliance ON or OFF.
- Single Switch Control: One wireless switch can control one or more receivers.
- Multiple Switches Control: Multiple wireless switches can control a single receiver, allowing for multi-location control (e.g., a 3-way switch setup).

Maintenance
Battery Replacement (Wireless Switch)
The wireless switch requires a 12V 27A battery, which typically lasts for approximately 5 years. To replace the battery:
- Carefully open the switch casing.
- Remove the old 12V 27A battery.
- Insert a new 12V 27A battery, ensuring correct polarity.
- Close the switch casing securely.
The switch is designed for over 500,000 uses, and the receiver's relay for over 400,000 uses, ensuring long-term reliability.

Troubleshooting
Signal Clearing / Resetting Pairing
If you need to clear the signal (unpair) from a receiver, or if you experience issues with pairing, follow these steps:
- Press the learning button on the receiver unit 8 times.
- Wait for 3 seconds. The indicator light on the receiver will blink rapidly and then turn off, indicating that all stored signals have been cleared.
After clearing the signal, you can re-pair the switch(es) following the "Pairing the Switch and Receiver" instructions.

Common Issues and Solutions
- Appliance not responding:
- Check if the receiver is correctly wired and receiving power.
- Ensure the appliance connected to the receiver is functional.
- Verify that the switch and receiver are properly paired (refer to "Pairing the Switch and Receiver").
- Check the battery in the wireless switch and replace if necessary.
- Poor signal reception:
- Extend the antenna on the receiver for better range.
- Ensure the switch is within the effective range (up to 50 meters in open field, reduced by obstacles).
- Minimize obstructions like thick walls or metal objects between the switch and receiver.
