Setup
1. Power Connection
The RDC2002 alarm clock operates using the included power adapter. It does not require batteries for primary operation, but it does have a compartment for backup batteries to preserve settings during power outages.
- Connect the power adapter cable to the DC 5V input port on the back of the alarm clock.
- Plug the power adapter into a standard wall outlet.
- The display will illuminate, indicating the device is powered on.

2. Installing Backup Batteries (Optional)
While not required for operation, installing 3x AAA batteries (not included) in the battery compartment will save your time and alarm settings in case of a power interruption.
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the unit.
- Remove the cover.
- Insert 3x AAA batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-).
- Replace the battery compartment cover.

3. Initial Time and Date Setting

Operating Instructions
The RDC2002 features intuitive soft-touch controls located on the top surface of the unit. The display shows time, internal temperature, and weather forecast icons.

1. Setting the Time
- Press and hold the SET button (usually represented by a gear icon or 'M') on the top panel until the hour digits begin to flash.
- Use the + and - buttons to adjust the hour.
- Press SET again to move to minute adjustment. Use + and - to adjust minutes.
- Continue pressing SET to cycle through other settings like 12/24-hour format, year, month, and day, adjusting each with + and -.
- Press SET one last time or wait a few seconds for the settings to save automatically.
2. Setting Alarms (Alarm 1 and Alarm 2)
The RDC2002 supports two independent alarms.
- Press the ALARM 1 button (often an alarm clock icon with '1') to display the current Alarm 1 time.
- Press and hold the ALARM 1 button until the hour digits flash.
- Use the + and - buttons to set the desired alarm hour.
- Press ALARM 1 again to set the minutes, adjusting with + and -.
- Press ALARM 1 again to activate/deactivate the alarm. An alarm icon will appear on the display when active.
- Repeat the process for ALARM 2 using its dedicated button (alarm clock icon with '2').
3. Snooze Function
When an alarm sounds, touch the SNOOZE/LIGHT button (often 'Zz' or a light bulb icon) on the top panel to temporarily silence the alarm. The alarm will sound again after approximately 9 minutes.
4. Adjusting Display Brightness
The display features 3 brightness levels. A small slider switch is located on the side of the unit to adjust the intensity of the LED display.
- Slide the switch to select your preferred brightness level (Low, Medium, High) to suit ambient light conditions.

5. Internal Temperature and Weather Forecast
The clock automatically displays the internal temperature and provides weather forecast icons based on internal atmospheric pressure changes.

- The weather icons (sunny, cloudy, rainy) are predictive and based on internal sensor readings, not external weather services.
- The display cycles between time and temperature automatically, or you can manually switch by pressing a dedicated button (if available, check specific icons on your unit).
6. USB Charging Port
A USB port (DC 5V) is located on the back of the unit, allowing you to charge compatible smart devices.
