5. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Positioning: Place the magnetic stirrer hot plate on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
- Assemble Support Stand:
- Screw the support rod into the designated hole on the back of the unit.
- Attach the adjustable bracket to the support rod at the desired height.
- Power Connection: Ensure the power switch is in the "OFF" position. Connect the power cord to the unit and then to a grounded electrical outlet.
- Stir Bar Placement: Place the Teflon-coated stir bar into the vessel containing the liquid to be stirred.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Stirring Function
- Place the vessel with the liquid and stir bar on the center of the heating plate.
- Turn on the main power switch. The red indicator light will illuminate.
- Rotate the "Speed" knob clockwise to increase the stirring speed. Adjust to achieve the desired mixing vortex.
- To stop stirring, turn the "Speed" knob counter-clockwise to its minimum setting, then turn off the main power switch.
6.2. Heating Function
- Ensure the vessel is heat-resistant and contains the liquid to be heated.
- Turn on the main power switch.
- Flip the "Heat" switch to the "ON" position. The yellow indicator light will illuminate, indicating heating is active.
- Rotate the "Temperature" knob to adjust the heating intensity.
- Monitor the liquid temperature using an external thermometer, as this unit does not have a built-in temperature display.
- To stop heating, flip the "Heat" switch to the "OFF" position. Allow the plate to cool down before handling.
6.3. Simultaneous Stirring and Heating
Both functions can be used concurrently. Follow the steps for both stirring and heating as described above.
