4.2 Placement

Place the machine on a sturdy, level surface capable of supporting its weight (approximately 235 lbs / 107 kg). Ensure there is sufficient clearance around the machine (at least 6 inches on all sides) for proper ventilation and heat dissipation. Avoid placing near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

4.3 Electrical Connection

Connect the machine to a dedicated 110V 60Hz power outlet. Verify that the electrical supply matches the machine's requirements to prevent electrical hazards or damage.

4.4 Initial Cleaning

Before first use, thoroughly clean all parts that will come into contact with food. Refer to the 'Maintenance' section for detailed cleaning instructions.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for preparing and dispensing soft ice cream:

5.1 Preparing the Mix

Prepare your desired ice cream or gelato mix according to the recipe or manufacturer's instructions. Ensure the mix is properly chilled before adding it to the machine.

5.2 Filling the Hoppers

Open the lids of the upper hoppers. Pour the prepared liquid ice cream mix into the respective 7-liter hoppers. The machine supports three separate flavors, which can then be combined for two mixed flavors.

5.3 Starting Production

  1. Ensure the machine is plugged in and the power switch is on.
  2. On the 4.3-inch touch control panel, select the 'Pre-cooling' function if you wish to chill the mix in the hoppers before freezing.
  3. Press the 'Produce' button to start the freezing and dispensing process. The machine will begin to churn and freeze the mix in the cylinders.

5.4 Dispensing Ice Cream

Once the ice cream is ready (indicated on the control panel), place an ice cream cone or cup under the desired dispenser nozzle. Pull the handle down to dispense the soft ice cream. For mixed flavors, pull down the central handle.
