1. Important Pre-Connection Information

Before connecting your keyboard and mouse, ensure your device meets the following requirements:

• iPad/iPhone: The system must be updated to iPadOS 13 or iOS 13 and above.
• Mouse Functionality on iPad/iPhone: For the mouse to function correctly, 'Assistive Touch' must be enabled in your device's Accessibility settings.

2. Setup and Pairing

2.1. Keyboard Connection

1. Locate the 'OFF/ON' switch on the keyboard and slide it to the 'ON' position.
2. Press the 'Connect' button on the keyboard for 2-3 seconds until the indicator light flashes, indicating it's in pairing mode.
3. On your device (iPad/iPhone/Laptop), go to 'Settings' > 'Bluetooth' and turn Bluetooth 'ON'.
4. From the list of available devices, select 'Bluetooth Keyboard' to pair. The indicator light on the keyboard will stop flashing once connected.

2.2. Mouse Connection

1. Locate the 'OFF/ON' switch on the bottom of the mouse and slide it to the 'ON' position.

5. Troubleshooting

This issue typically occurs when 'Mouse Keys' is enabled on your iPad/iPhone, causing certain keyboard inputs to control the mouse cursor instead of typing characters.
