Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to assemble the desk on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Attach Vertical Support Frames: Connect the horizontal support bars to the vertical support frames using the provided screws. Ensure all connections are secure but do not overtighten yet.
- Install Bottom Storage Shelf: Secure the bottom storage shelf between the lower sections of the vertical support frames.
- Attach Main Desktop: Place the main desktop panel onto the top of the assembled frame and secure it with screws.
- Assemble Keyboard Tray: Attach the keyboard tray rails to the underside of the main desktop and to the keyboard tray panel. Ensure the rails are aligned for smooth sliding.
- Install Caster Wheels: Carefully turn the desk upside down. Insert and secure the four caster wheels into the designated holes at the bottom of the vertical support frames. Ensure the two locking wheels are positioned at the front for easy access.
- Final Tightening: Once all components are in place, carefully tighten all screws. Do not overtighten to avoid damaging the materials.

Operating Instructions
Height Adjustment
The Tribesigns Portable Desk features an adjustable height mechanism, allowing you to switch between sitting and standing positions. To adjust the height:
- Locate the four adjustable height knobs on the vertical support frames (two on each side).
- Loosen all four knobs by turning them counter-clockwise.
- Carefully raise or lower the desktop to your desired height. The height range is approximately 27.6 inches to 43.3 inches.
- Once the desired height is achieved, tighten all four knobs securely by turning them clockwise to lock the desk in place. Ensure all knobs are fully tightened before placing items on the desk.

Using the Keyboard Tray
The desk includes a convenient pull-out keyboard tray for ergonomic typing and to maximize desktop space. Simply pull the tray outwards to extend it and push it inwards to retract it. The tray is designed to align flush with the desk when not in use.

Mobility and Locking Wheels
The desk is equipped with four caster wheels for easy movement. Two of these wheels have a locking mechanism. To move the desk, ensure the wheel locks are disengaged. To secure the desk in a stationary position, press down on the locking levers of the two locking wheels until they click into place. This prevents unintended movement.

Maintenance
To maintain the appearance and longevity of your Tribesigns Portable Desk, follow these simple care instructions:
- Cleaning: Wipe the surfaces with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the finish.
- Spills: Immediately wipe up any spills to prevent staining or water damage to the particle board.
- Hardware: Periodically check all screws and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary.
