1. Introduction
The LEKATO Guitar Headphone Amplifier is a compact, multi-functional device designed for guitarists to practice silently and enhance their sound. It features 10 preamps, 10 IR cabinet models, and various effects including overdrive, distortion, chorus/phaser, delay, and reverb. This amplifier also includes a built-in tuner, Bluetooth receiver for backing tracks, and USB recording capabilities. Its portable design makes it ideal for everyday practice and pre-show warm-ups.

3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the amplifier. Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the device's charging port and to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The charging indicator lights will show the charging status.
- Charging time: Approximately 1.5 - 2.5 hours for rapid charging, or 5.5 - 6.5 hours for standard charging.
- Standby time: Up to 8 hours.
- Continuous use: Up to 5 hours on a full charge.

3.2 Connecting to Your Guitar and Headphones
- Insert the 1/4" (6.35mm) plug of the amplifier directly into your electric guitar's output jack.
- Connect your wired headphones or external speakers to the 1/8" (3.5mm) output jack on the amplifier.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
- To power on: Press and hold the "ON/OFF" button.
- To power off: Press and hold the "ON/OFF" button again.
4.2 Selecting and Editing Presets
The amplifier comes with 10 editable classic presets, suitable for various music styles from clean to overdrive and distortion.
- Enter Edit Mode: Short press the "ON/OFF" and "EDIT" buttons simultaneously. The indicator lights will change to show you are in edit mode.
- Select Module: Use the "◀" and "▶" buttons to navigate and select the desired effect module (Amp, Gain, Tone, Mod, Time, Fb, Mix, Reverb, IR Cab, Vol).
- Adjust Parameters: Use the "-" and "+" buttons to adjust the parameters of the selected module.
- Store Preset: After adjusting, press the "STORE" button to save your changes to the current preset slot. You can create and store up to 10 custom presets.

4.3 Using the Bluetooth Receiver
The amplifier features a Bluetooth receiver to stream music or backing tracks from your smartphone or tablet. This allows you to play along with your favorite songs.
- Note: This device is a Bluetooth receiver only. It cannot transmit audio to Bluetooth headphones or other Bluetooth devices. You must use wired headphones or speakers connected to the 3.5mm output.
- To connect: Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet and search for "LEKATO PA-1" (or similar). Pair with the device.

4.4 Built-in Tuner
The amplifier includes a high-sensitivity and accurate tuner for 6-string electric guitars.
- To activate the tuner: Press the "TUNER" button. The display will show the note being played.
- Adjust your guitar strings until the tuner indicates the correct pitch.
4.5 Recording and Export
You can record your guitar playing directly to a computer or mobile phone using the USB connection.
- Connect the amplifier to your computer or mobile phone using the supplied USB cable.
- The device will be recognized as an audio interface.
- Use your preferred Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) software or recording application to capture your guitar audio.
4.6 Third-Party IR File Support
The amplifier supports importing third-party Impulse Response (IR) files. Use the USB cable and the free "Cube-Suite" software (downloadable from the official website) to import IR files and customize your cabinet simulations.
5. Maintenance
- Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
- Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Store the amplifier in its protective bag when not in use to prevent dust and scratches.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself. Refer to qualified service personnel.
6. Troubleshooting
- No Sound:
- Ensure the amplifier is powered on and fully charged.
- Check headphone/speaker connection and volume levels on both the amplifier and your headphones/speakers.
- Verify the guitar is properly connected to the input jack.
- Bluetooth Connection Issues:
- Ensure the amplifier is in Bluetooth pairing mode (if applicable, or simply powered on).
- Confirm your smartphone/tablet Bluetooth is enabled and searching for devices.
- Remember, the amplifier is a receiver only; it cannot connect to Bluetooth headphones.
- Try restarting both the amplifier and your Bluetooth source device.
- Tuner Not Responding:
- Ensure the guitar is properly connected and producing sound.
- Check if the tuner mode is activated correctly.
- Poor Sound Quality/Noise:
- Check for loose connections.
- Ensure your guitar cables are in good condition.
- Adjust gain and volume settings to avoid clipping.
- Some noise is inherent with high-gain settings; try reducing gain or using a noise gate effect if available.
