Safety Instructions

WARNING: Improper installation or use of this inverter can result in electric shock, fire, or damage to the inverter and connected devices. Always follow these safety guidelines:

  • Installation and commissioning must be performed by professional electrical maintenance personnel familiar with the device's structure and operation.
  • Do not open the inverter casing due to high voltage danger inside. There are no user-serviceable parts.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation around the inverter. Do not block the cooling vents.
  • Avoid placing the inverter near heat-sensitive substances, as it will generate heat during prolonged use.
  • Keep the inverter away from water, moisture, and flammable materials.
  • Connect the inverter only to a 12V DC power source. Do not connect to 24V or higher DC sources.
  • Ensure the total power consumption of connected AC devices does not exceed the inverter's continuous output power (2000W).
  • Always disconnect the inverter from the battery before performing any maintenance or cleaning.

Setup

  1. Placement: Choose a well-ventilated, dry, and cool location for the inverter. Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit for airflow, especially around the cooling fans.
  2. Battery Connection:
    • Ensure the inverter's power switch is in the "OFF" position.
    • Connect the red cable (positive) to the inverter's positive (+) terminal and then to the positive (+) terminal of your 12V battery.
    • Connect the black cable (negative) to the inverter's negative (-) terminal and then to the negative (-) terminal of your 12V battery.
    • Ensure all connections are tight and secure to prevent loose connections and sparking.
  3. Grounding: For safety, ensure the inverter is properly grounded. Consult a qualified electrician if unsure.
  4. Initial Check: Before connecting any AC appliances, double-check all connections.

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Once the battery connections are secure, switch the inverter's power button to the "ON" position. The LCD display will illuminate, showing the input voltage and other parameters.
  2. Connect Appliances: Plug your AC appliances into the inverter's AC outlets. Ensure the total wattage of all connected appliances does not exceed 2000W continuous power.
  3. Monitor Display: Regularly check the LCD display for input voltage, output power, and battery status to ensure optimal operation and prevent battery over-discharge.
  4. Power Off: When finished using the inverter, first turn off all connected AC appliances, then switch the inverter's power button to the "OFF" position.

Note: Some appliances with high startup (surge) power requirements may temporarily exceed the inverter's surge capacity (4000W). If an appliance does not start, check its power requirements.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Keep the inverter clean and free from dust and debris. Use a dry, soft cloth for cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners.
  • Ventilation: Regularly check that the cooling vents are clear and unobstructed to ensure proper airflow.
  • Connections: Periodically inspect battery cable connections to ensure they remain tight and free from corrosion.
  • Storage: If storing the inverter for an extended period, disconnect it from the battery and store it in a cool, dry place.

Troubleshooting

The inverter is equipped with various protective functions indicated by audible alarms. Refer to the table below for common issues and their solutions.

Alarm IndicationDescriptionPossible CauseSolution
Buzzer sounds 2 times (1 Hz gap)Low-voltage alarmBattery voltage is low.Recharge or replace the battery. Reduce load.
