Introduction

The VESAFE Wireless Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) is designed to provide peace of mind and enhanced safety for various large vehicles, including RVs, trailers, coaches, motor homes, and fifth wheels. This system continuously monitors tire pressure and temperature, alerting the driver to potential issues before they become critical. Setup

1. Sensor Installation

The anti-theft sensors are designed for easy and secure attachment to your vehicle's tire valves. Follow these steps for proper installation:

1. Remove the existing tire valve cap.
2. Install the provided hex nut onto the tire valve.
3. Mount the corresponding sensor onto the tire valve. Ensure it is hand-tight.
4. Use the special wrench provided to screw the hex nut anti-clockwise, tightening it against the sensor to secure it and prevent theft.

2. Monitor Setup & Pairing

The monitor automatically connects to the sensors. For initial setup or re-pairing, follow the programming instructions. The monitor displays a vehicle graphic, allowing you to associate each sensor with its correct tire position.

3. Signal Booster Installation (Optional but Recommended)

For optimal signal strength, especially on longer RVs or trailers, installing the signal booster is recommended. Position the booster between the monitor and the furthest sensors to ensure consistent data transmission.

Operating Instructions

The VESAFE TPMS monitor provides continuous real-time data for up to 17 tires, cycling through each tire's pressure (PSI) and temperature (°F or °C) every 5 seconds. An audible and visible warning will be triggered when abnormal conditions occur.

Alarm Modes

The system features 5 alarm modes to ensure safe driving:

• High/Low Tire Pressure: Alerts when pressure is 20% higher or 10% lower than preset values.
• Temperature: Warns of excessively high tire temperatures.
• Tire Leakage: Detects rapid air loss.
• Sensor Battery Life: Indicates when sensor batteries are low.

Automatic Functions

• Automatic Connection & Sleep Mode: The monitor automatically sleeps/wakes up based on movement detection. You can also tap the screen to wake it up.
• Automatic Connect/Disconnect for Towed Vehicles: For tow vehicles with trailers, the TPMS automatically connects/disconnects based on distance detection, simplifying monitoring when hitching or unhitching.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your VESAFE TPMS, regular maintenance is recommended:

• Monitor Charging: Recharge the monitor unit as needed using the provided charging cable. A full charge supports up to 5,000 miles of driving.
• Sensor Battery Replacement: The sensors use replaceable CR2032 batteries. When the monitor indicates a low sensor battery, replace it promptly to maintain accurate readings.
• Sensor Cleaning: Periodically clean the exterior of the sensors to remove dirt and debris that may accumulate.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your VESAFE TPMS, consider the following common solutions:

• Signal Interference: Keep other electronic devices away from the monitor to minimize interference. If signal loss persists, ensure the signal booster is correctly installed and functioning.
• Inaccurate Readings: Verify that sensors are securely tightened and that the correct tire pressure settings are programmed into the monitor for each axle.
