3. Setup
Before first use, ensure the saw is properly assembled and secured.
3.1 Unpacking and Assembly
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Attach any loose components as per the assembly diagram (refer to the separate assembly guide if provided).
- Ensure all screws and fasteners are tightened securely.
3.2 Securing the Saw
For stable and safe operation, it is highly recommended to secure the miter saw to a workbench or a stable stand.
- Use appropriate bolts or clamps to fasten the saw through the designated mounting holes in its base.
- Ensure the workbench or stand is level and can support the weight and forces generated during operation.
3.3 Adjusting Extensions

Figure 3.1: The extendable rear support ensures stable seating, especially during angular cuts. Adjust it to provide optimal support for your workpiece.

Figure 3.2: Utilize the left and right extensions to support longer workpieces, ensuring stability and accuracy during cutting operations.
4. Operating Instructions
Familiarize yourself with the saw's controls and functions before beginning any cutting tasks.
4.1 Powering On/Off
- Connect the power cord to a suitable 230-240V~/50Hz power outlet.
- To start the saw, press the power switch. To stop, release the switch.
4.2 Adjusting Cutting Angles

Figure 4.1: The miter table can be oriented from 45° to -45° for various angular cuts. Loosen the locking knob, adjust to the desired angle, and re-tighten.

Figure 4.2: The saw head can be inclined to the left from 0° to 45° for bevel cuts. Adjust the inclination using the designated lever and secure it.
4.3 Using the Laser Guide
The integrated laser provides a visual guide for your cut line, enhancing precision.
- Activate the laser using its dedicated switch (if available).
- Align the laser line with your marked cut line on the workpiece.
- Note: The laser line indicates the cutting path, which has the width of the saw blade.
4.4 Making a Cut

Figure 4.3: A user demonstrating the operation of the miter saw, making a precise cut on a wooden board. Always ensure the workpiece is stable and hands are clear.

Figure 4.4: The double slide rails allow for precise cuts up to 340 mm in width. Utilize the full range of motion for wider materials.
- Position the workpiece against the fence and secure it.
- Lower the saw blade slowly into the workpiece, allowing the blade to reach full speed before engaging.
- Apply steady, even pressure throughout the cut.
- Once the cut is complete, allow the blade to stop rotating before raising the saw head.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your miter saw.
5.1 Cleaning
- After each use, disconnect the saw from power and clean off sawdust and debris using a brush or compressed air.
- Pay special attention to the blade guard, motor vents, and sliding mechanisms.
- Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners.
5.2 Blade Replacement
- Always disconnect the saw from the power supply before changing the blade.
- Refer to the saw's specific instructions for accessing and removing the blade.
- Use only 210mm diameter blades with a 30mm bore, suitable for the saw's maximum RPM.
- Ensure the new blade is installed with the teeth pointing in the correct direction.
5.3 Lubrication
- Periodically apply a light machine oil to the sliding mechanisms to ensure smooth operation.
- Avoid over-lubrication, which can attract dust.
