4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is required for this product. Please follow the steps below carefully. It is recommended to assemble the unit on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

4.2 Assembly Steps (General Overview)

  1. Assemble the Main Frame: Connect the side panels, top, and bottom panels using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are secure.
  2. Install Casters: Attach the five rolling casters to the bottom panel. Position the two lockable casters at the front for stability. The central caster helps prevent tipping.
  3. Construct Drawers: Assemble the three drawer boxes. Attach the drawer slides to the sides of each drawer and to the corresponding positions within the cabinet frame.
  4. Install Drawer Handles: Secure the handles to the front of each drawer.
  5. Insert File Rails: For the bottom drawer, install the adjustable rails for A4/Letter size hanging files.
  6. Assemble Open Shelves: Insert the adjustable shelf into the open compartment. Adjust its height as needed.
  7. Attach Back Panel: Secure the back panel to the main frame.

The open compartment features an adjustable shelf, allowing you to customize the storage space for books, decorative items, or other office essentials. Simply reposition the shelf supports to your desired height.
