Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your DOBBOR Stand Mixer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Mixer does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outlet not working; mixer head not locked down. | Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check if the mixer head is fully lowered and locked into position. |
| Attachment not mixing ingredients thoroughly. | Incorrect attachment for the mixture; bowl not properly seated. | Ensure the correct attachment is used for the consistency of the ingredients. Check that the mixing bowl is securely locked onto the base. |
| Mixer stops during operation. | Overload protection activated; overheating. | Unplug the mixer and let it cool down for at least 20-30 minutes. Reduce the amount of ingredients if overloading is suspected. Refer to capacity limits. |
| Loud noise or unusual sounds. | Attachment not properly installed; foreign object in bowl; normal operation noise. | Ensure the attachment is securely installed. Check the bowl for any foreign objects. Some noise is normal, especially with heavy loads. The mixer is designed for low noise operation (<40dB). |
| Mixer vibrates excessively. | Unstable surface; anti-slip feet not engaged; very heavy mixture. | Ensure the mixer is on a flat, stable surface and the suction feet are properly engaged. For very heavy dough, some vibration is normal, but ensure it's not moving across the counter. |
