1. Important Safety Instructions

Cooking Modes:

• Closed Position (Contact Grill/Panini Press): Ideal for grilling sandwiches, paninis, and thinner cuts of meat or vegetables. The top plate rests directly on the food, cooking both sides simultaneously.

• Lightly grease the cooking plates with cooking spray or a small amount of oil before adding food, especially for the first use or when cooking lean foods.
• Avoid using metal utensils on the nonstick surface to prevent scratching. Use heat-resistant plastic, silicone, or wooden utensils.
• Suggested cooking times (reference only, adjust based on food thickness and desired doneness):
  • Crepes: 1-5 minutes
  • Barbecue (e.g., grilled meats): 5-9 minutes
  • Pizza: 7-10 minutes
  • Fried Dumplings: 6-8 minutes

3. Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the grill with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
