Setup

Unboxing the P23BT Headphones

The SoundMAGIC P23BT headphones come in a well-packaged gift box, ensuring the product and its accessories are securely protected. Upon opening, you will find the headphones, a detachable microphone cable, a USB-C charging cable, a carrying case, and the user manual.

Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your P23BT headphones. Connect the supplied USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the headphone ear cup and the other end to a USB power source. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour and provides up to 60 hours of wireless music playback.

Bluetooth Pairing

To pair your headphones with a device:

1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
2. Press and hold the power button until the LED indicator flashes, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "P23BT" from the list to connect.
5. Once connected, the LED indicator will show a steady light.

The headphones support Bluetooth 5.0 for a stable and fast connection, and will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.

Wired Mode

For situations where wireless connectivity is not preferred or battery is low, the P23BT headphones can be used in wired mode. Simply connect the supplied detachable cable with the microphone to the headphone's 3.5mm jack and to your audio source. This mode is particularly useful for gaming, providing clear audio and communication without battery limitations.

Troubleshooting

• No Power: Ensure the headphones are fully charged using the supplied USB-C cable.
• Cannot Pair: Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (flashing LED) and your device's Bluetooth is enabled. Try restarting both devices.
• Poor Audio Quality: Check the distance between the headphones and your device (Bluetooth range is up to 13m). Ensure there are no obstructions. For wired mode, ensure the cable is securely connected.
• Microphone Issues: If using the detachable microphone, ensure it is fully plugged into the headphone jack. For Bluetooth calls, ensure the CVC noise canceling is active.
