2. Cleaning
To clean your mouse, use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the mouse's internal components. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Troubleshooting
- Mouse not responding: Ensure the mouse is charged. Check the mode switch on the bottom to confirm it's set to the correct connection type (2.4G, BT1, or BT2). For 2.4G, ensure the USB receiver is properly inserted. For Bluetooth, verify that Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the mouse is paired.
- Connection issues: If using 2.4G, try a different USB port or re-insert the receiver. If using Bluetooth, try unpairing and re-pairing the mouse with your device. Ensure the mouse is not too far from your device.
- Cursor movement is erratic: Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse. Try adjusting the DPI settings. Ensure the surface you are using the mouse on is suitable (not highly reflective or transparent).
- Battery not charging: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the mouse and the power source. Try a different charging cable or USB port.
