4. Setup

1. Unpack the Massager: Carefully remove the massager from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
2. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the massager's power input port. Then, plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage matches the device requirements.
3. Positioning: Place the massager on the desired body area (neck, back, lumbar, etc.). For optimal comfort and effectiveness, ensure the massager is securely positioned.

5. Operating Instructions

The massager is operated using a single multi-function button located on the device.

1. Power On / Activate Heat: Press the ON/OFF button once (for approximately 1 second) to turn on the massager. The massage nodes will begin rotating, and the heat function will activate simultaneously.
2. Turn Off Heat: Press the ON/OFF button again (for approximately 1 second) to turn off the heat function. The massage nodes will continue to rotate without heat.
3. Power Off: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds to turn off the massager completely.

Usage Recommendations:

• The massager has a built-in 20-minute automatic shut-off timer. This is a safety feature to prevent overuse and overheating.
• Adjust your body position to find the most comfortable and effective massage angle.
• The massager can be used on the neck, upper back, lower back, lumbar area, abdomen, calves, and feet.

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and hygiene of your massager.

Cleaning the Removable Cover:

1. Remove the Cover: Unzip the cover from the massager unit.
2. Washing: The cover is washable. Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not bleach.
3. Drying: Air dry the cover completely before reattaching it to the massager. Do not tumble dry.
4. Reattach: Once dry, carefully zip the cover back onto the massager unit.

General Care:

• Wipe the main unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
