Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and use, and retain it for future reference. This electric fireplace is designed to provide supplemental heat and aesthetic flame effects for indoor residential use.

2. Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:
- Read all instructions before using this heater.
- This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
- Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
- Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Discard heater, or return to authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
- To disconnect heater, turn controls to off, then remove plug from outlet.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- This appliance has an overheating protection feature. If the heater overheats, it will automatically shut off. To reset, unplug the heater from the electrical outlet, wait 5-10 minutes for the unit to cool, then plug it back in.

4. Setup and Installation
The NETTA 60-inch Electric Fireplace can be installed as a wall-mounted unit or recessed into a wall.
4.1 Wall-Mounted Installation
- Choose a suitable location on a solid wall, ensuring there is adequate clearance from combustible materials.
- Attach the provided wall mounting bracket securely to the wall using the appropriate screws and wall plugs. Ensure the bracket is level.
- Carefully lift the fireplace unit and hook it onto the wall mounting bracket. Ensure it is securely seated.
- Secure the bottom of the fireplace to the wall if additional fixing points are available.
4.2 Recessed Installation
- Prepare a suitable recess in the wall according to the fireplace dimensions (refer to Section 7: Specifications). Ensure the recess provides adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Carefully slide the fireplace unit into the prepared recess.
- Secure the fireplace to the wall studs or framing within the recess using appropriate screws.

4.3 Power Connection
Once installed, plug the fireplace into a standard 220-240V AC electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is easily accessible and not overloaded.
5. Operating Instructions
Your NETTA Electric Fireplace can be operated using the touch panel on the unit or the included remote control.

5.1 Power On/Off
- Press the Power button on the remote or touch panel to turn the unit on or off.
5.2 Heat Settings
The fireplace offers two heat settings and a flame-only option.
- Press the Heat Level button (H1/H2) to cycle through:
- Low Heat (750W)
- High Heat (1500W)
- Flame Effect Only (no heat)

5.3 Flame Effects
Customize the flame appearance with multiple colors and brightness levels.
- Press the Flame Colour button to cycle through 10 different flame colors.
- Press the Flame Brightness button to adjust between 5 brightness levels.

5.4 Timer Function
The fireplace features both hourly and weekly timer functions.
- Press the Timer button to set the hourly timer from 0.5 hours to 8 hours.
- The weekly timer allows you to program the fireplace to turn on and off at specific times throughout the week. Refer to the remote control instructions for detailed weekly timer setup.

5.5 Decorative Media
The fireplace comes with interchangeable decorative media to suit your preference.
- The unit supports a Log Set, Pebbles, or Crystal Embers for the flame bed. Refer to the installation guide for instructions on changing the media.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your fireplace.
6.1 Cleaning
- Always unplug the fireplace before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Clean the air intake and exhaust vents regularly with a vacuum cleaner to prevent dust buildup.
- The glass panel can be cleaned with a glass cleaner, applied to a cloth first, not directly to the fireplace.
6.2 Storage
If storing the fireplace for an extended period, unplug it and store it in a dry, dust-free location.
7. Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with your fireplace, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
