7. Troubleshooting
Before contacting customer support, please refer to the following table for common issues and their solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit does not turn on | No power supply Power button not pressed | Check if the power cord is securely plugged in. Press the Power button. |
| No cooling effect | Water tank empty Evaporative panel dry Room humidity too high | Fill the water tank. Ensure water pump is working and panel is wet. Evaporative coolers are less effective in high humidity. Consider ventilation. |
| Weak airflow | Dust filters clogged Air inlets/outlets blocked | Clean the dust filters. Ensure no obstructions around the unit. |
| Unusual noise | Unit not on a level surface Foreign object inside Low water level | Place the unit on a stable, level surface. Unplug and check for foreign objects. If noise persists, contact support. Refill the water tank. |
| Water leakage | Water tank not properly installed Overfilled water tank | Ensure the water tank is securely pushed into place. Do not fill water above the 'MAX' line. |
