3. Setup

4.2 Loading Trays
- Arrange food in a single layer on each drying tray, ensuring there is space between pieces for air circulation. Do not overlap food.
- Stack the trays onto the motor base, then place the lid securely on top.

- Plug the dehydrator into a standard electrical outlet.
- Press the power button to turn on the unit.
- Set Temperature: Use the temperature control buttons (usually '+' and '-') to adjust the drying temperature. The temperature is adjustable between 40°C and 70°C, in 5-degree increments. Refer to a dehydration guide for recommended temperatures for specific foods.
- Set Time: Use the time control buttons to set the desired drying duration. The dehydrator can operate continuously for up to 48 hours.
- Press the start button to begin the dehydration process. The display will show the remaining time.
4.4 Monitoring and Completion

- Rotate trays if necessary to ensure even drying, especially if different foods are on different trays.
