This 2-tier warming display is designed for the quality holding and presentation of hot food items such as pastries, pizza, pretzels, sandwiches, and more. It features a precise electronic controller, humidity control, and a ventilated firestone heating system to maintain optimal product quality.

Safety Information

Always observe basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons.

• Electrical Safety: Ensure the unit is connected to a properly grounded 120V, 15 Amp dedicated circuit. Do not use extension cords. Disconnect power before cleaning or servicing.
• Hot Surfaces: The interior and exterior surfaces of the warmer will become hot during operation. Use caution and avoid direct contact with hot surfaces. Allow the unit to cool completely before cleaning or moving.
• Ventilation: Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for proper ventilation. Do not block air vents.
• Water and Moisture: Do not immerse the unit in water or spray directly with water. Keep electrical components dry.
• Food Safety: Maintain proper holding temperatures (68-194°F) to ensure food safety. Do not hold perishable foods for extended periods.
• Supervision: This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the warmer from its packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage. Report any damage immediately to the carrier and your supplier. Retain all packaging materials for inspection.
2. Placement: Place the unit on a stable, level, heat-resistant countertop. Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit for air circulation (minimum 4 inches on all sides and top). Avoid placing near flammable materials or heat-sensitive surfaces.
3. Electrical Connection: Plug the NEMA 5-15P plug into a dedicated 120V, 60Hz, 15 Amp grounded electrical outlet. Verify that the electrical supply matches the unit's requirements.
4. Shelf Installation: The unit comes with two shelves and two sets of horizontal shelf brackets. Install the shelf brackets into the desired slots inside the warmer. Carefully slide the shelves onto the installed brackets. Ensure shelves are level and securely seated.
5. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe down all interior and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild, food-safe detergent. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Once plugged in, the unit is ready for operation. Locate the power switch, typically on the control panel, and turn it to the 'ON' position.
2. Temperature Control: The unit features an electronic thermostat. Use the control panel to set the desired holding temperature, which can range from 68°F to 194°F (20°C to 90°C). Allow the unit to preheat for at least 15-20 minutes before loading food.
3. Humidity Control: The warmer is equipped with humidity control to keep products moist. Adjust the humidity level as needed based on the type of food being held to prevent drying out. Refer to the control panel for specific humidity adjustment settings.
4. Loading Food: Open the hinged glass doors on the operator's side. Place pre-heated food items onto the shelves. The unit can accommodate two full-size (18"x26") sheet pans (not included), one per shelf. Ensure food items are evenly distributed for consistent warming.
5. Customer Access: The unit features two horizontal self-service doors on the customer side, allowing easy access for customers to retrieve items.
6. LED Interior Lighting: The integrated LED lighting illuminates the interior, enhancing product visibility. This lighting typically activates with the unit's power.
7. Monitoring: Periodically check the temperature and condition of the food to ensure it remains at safe and desirable levels.
8. Power Off: When finished, turn the power switch to the 'OFF' position and unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your food warmer.

• Daily Cleaning:
  • Ensure the unit is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning.
  • Remove shelves and clean them separately with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  • Wipe down the stainless steel interior and glass surfaces with a soft cloth dampened with mild, food-safe detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that can scratch surfaces.
  • Clean the exterior frame with a damp cloth.
  • Ensure all surfaces are dry before reconnecting power.
• Regular Checks: Periodically inspect the power cord for any damage. Ensure all doors open and close smoothly. Check that the heating elements and lights are functioning correctly.
