2. Product Overview

3. Setup and Assembly
Before first use, ensure all components are present and undamaged. This unit requires a 20V battery and charger, which are not included and must be purchased separately.
3.1 Handle Assembly
- Attach the auxiliary handle to the main shaft. Ensure it is securely fastened at a comfortable operating position using the provided hardware.
3.2 Safety Guard Installation
- Position the safety guard over the cutting head.
- Secure the guard firmly with the screws or clips provided. Ensure it is stable and does not wobble.
3.3 Battery Installation
- Ensure the mower is turned off.
- Align the battery pack with the battery port on the tool.
- Slide the battery pack into the port until it clicks securely into place.
- To remove, press the battery release button and slide the battery out.
4. Operating Instructions
Always ensure you are wearing appropriate safety gear before starting the mower.
4.1 Starting the Mower
- Ensure the battery is fully charged and properly installed.
- Hold the mower firmly with both hands.
- Press and hold the safety lock-off button, then squeeze the trigger switch. The cutting line will begin to spin.
4.2 Trimming Technique
- Maintain a steady, sweeping motion.
- Cut only dry grass. Avoid cutting wet grass, which can clog the cutting head.
- Do not force the mower through thick vegetation. Take smaller passes.
- The cutting length is 300mm. For optimal performance, do not attempt to cut wider swaths than the specified cutting length.
4.3 Stopping the Mower
- Release the trigger switch. The cutting line will stop spinning.
- Always remove the battery pack when finished operating or when leaving the mower unattended.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your InGCO lawn mower.
- Cleaning: After each use, disconnect the battery and clean the mower with a damp cloth. Remove any grass clippings or debris from the cutting head and safety guard. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Line Replacement: The mower uses a 1.6mm twisted line. When the line becomes too short or breaks, replace it according to the instructions in the full product manual (if available) or by carefully winding new line onto the spool. The total line length is 5m.
- Storage: Store the mower in a dry, secure place, out of reach of children. Remove the battery pack before storing for extended periods.
