2. Setup: Band Installation

Follow these steps to properly install your RuenTech replacement watch band:

1. Prepare the Watch: Turn your smartwatch over to access the band attachment points.
2. Insert First Pin Side: Take one end of the new band. Insert one side of the quick-release pin into the corresponding notch on the watch lug.
3. Angle the Band: Ensure the band and watch are held at approximately a 90-degree angle to facilitate proper alignment.
4. Engage Second Pin Side: Press the small pull-rod (the quick-release lever) inward. While holding the pull-rod, slide the other end of the band into place between the watch lugs. Release the pull-rod once the pin is aligned and seated.
5. Verify Security: Gently sway both ends of the installed band to confirm that they are firmly attached and the pins are securely locked into the watch lugs. Repeat the process for the second band piece.
