4. Setup Guide

4.1. Charging the Headset

1. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the headset.
2. Plug the other end of the cable into a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).
3. The LED indicator on the headset will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour.
4. Once fully charged, the LED indicator will change or turn off. Disconnect the charging cable.

Note: For optimal battery life, fully charge the headset before first use.

4.2. Pairing with Your Device

1. Ensure the headset is fully charged and turned off.
2. Press and hold the Multi-Function Button (MFB) on the headset until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately. This indicates the headset is in pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), go to the Bluetooth settings.
4. Turn on Bluetooth and search for available devices.
5. Select "Tek Styz TS-1241" (or similar name) from the list of found devices.
6. Once successfully paired, the LED indicator on the headset will flash blue slowly or turn off, and you will hear a confirmation tone.

Note: The headset can connect to two devices simultaneously. After pairing the first device, put the headset back into pairing mode and connect to the second device. The headset will automatically connect to the last paired device when turned on.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Power On/Off

• Power On: Slide the ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position. The LED indicator will flash blue.
• Power Off: Slide the ON/OFF switch to the "OFF" position. The LED indicator will turn off.

5.2. Call Management

• Answer Call: Press the Multi-Function Button (MFB) once.
• End Call: Press the MFB once during a call.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the MFB for 2 seconds.
• Redial Last Number: Double-click the MFB.

5.3. Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Press the MFB once.
• Next Track: Press and hold the Volume + button.
• Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume - button.
• Volume Up: Short press the Volume + button.
• Volume Down: Short press the Volume - button.

5.4. Voice Assistant

• Activate Voice Assistant (Siri, Google Assistant, Alexa): Triple-click the MFB.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the headset with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Water Resistance: The headset is IPX5 water-resistant, meaning it can withstand splashes and light rain. Do not submerge it in water or expose it to heavy rain. Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed when not charging.
