Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your SGPRO D-332HH system, please refer to the following common solutions:
- No Sound: Ensure all cables are securely connected, the receiver is powered on, and microphones have fresh batteries. Check volume levels on both the receiver and connected audio equipment. Verify that the microphones are paired correctly with the receiver.
- Interference/Static: Perform an automatic frequency scan (SCAN function) to find a clear channel. Ensure the receiver and transmitters are within the recommended operating range. Avoid placing the system near other wireless devices or sources of electromagnetic interference.
- Short Range: Check the transmitter power setting and ensure it is set to 'HI' for maximum range. Replace batteries if they are low. Ensure there are no major obstructions between the transmitter and receiver.
- Microphone Not Pairing: Ensure the receiver screen is unlocked. Verify that the IR windows of the transmitter and receiver are aligned and the 'IR' button is pressed correctly during the pairing process.
Maintenance
Proper maintenance will extend the life of your wireless microphone system:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the receiver and microphones. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the system in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove batteries from the microphones if storing for extended periods to prevent leakage.
- Handling: Handle microphones and receiver with care to avoid physical damage.
