• Cartridge Plunger: Pushes the caulk/adhesive out of the cartridge.

5. Setup

5.1 Battery Installation and Charging

1. Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use. Connect the rapid charger to a power outlet and insert the Li-ion battery. The charger indicator lights will show the charging status.
2. To install the battery, align the battery pack with the base of the caulking gun handle. Slide the battery into place until it clicks securely.
3. To remove the battery, press the release button on the battery pack and slide it out.

5.2 Cartridge Loading

1. Press the Rod Release Trigger to retract the plunger rod fully.
2. Insert the caulk or adhesive cartridge into the carriage, ensuring it is seated properly.
3. Cut the tip of the caulk cartridge to the desired bead size using a utility knife or the integrated cutter (if available on your cartridge).
4. Puncture the inner seal of the cartridge using a long wire or the poker tool (if included).

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off and Dispensing

To begin dispensing, press the main trigger. The tool will start pushing the plunger rod forward. Release the trigger to stop dispensing.

6.2 Speed Adjustment

The caulking gun features a variable speed trigger and a Speed Set Dial. Adjust the dial to control the maximum dispensing force and speed, ranging from 0 to 9.6mm/s (23 inches/min). Use the trigger to finely control the flow of adhesive.

6.3 Anti-Drip Function

Upon releasing the trigger, the plunger rod will automatically retract slightly. This anti-drip feature helps prevent excess adhesive from dripping out, ensuring cleaner application.

6.4 LED Light

The integrated LED light automatically activates when the trigger is pressed, providing illumination for working in dimly lit areas. A 3-color light indicator conspicuously displays the remaining battery power.

8. Troubleshooting

• Tool not operating: Ensure the battery is fully charged and properly installed. Check for any obstructions in the plunger mechanism.
• Inconsistent dispensing: Verify the caulk cartridge is not empty or clogged. Adjust the speed dial to a suitable setting.
• Excessive dripping: Ensure the anti-drip function is working correctly. If dripping persists, check the consistency of the material being used.
