1. Product Overview

2. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to install your components into the Antec NX200 M case.

2.1 Preparing the Case

Before installation, ensure the case is placed on a stable, flat surface. Carefully remove the tempered glass side panel by unscrewing the four thumb screws located at each corner. Set the panel aside in a safe place to prevent damage.

2.2 Motherboard Installation

  1. Install the necessary motherboard standoffs into the motherboard tray according to your Micro-ATX motherboard's screw holes.
  2. Carefully place your motherboard onto the standoffs, aligning the screw holes.
  3. Secure the motherboard with the provided screws.

2.3 Power Supply Unit (PSU) Installation

  1. The PSU mounts at the bottom rear of the case. Slide your PSU into the designated compartment.
  2. Secure the PSU to the case using screws from the rear.
  3. Route the necessary power cables through the cable management cutouts to the motherboard and other components.

2.4 Storage Drive Installation

The case supports various storage configurations:

  • One dedicated 2.5" SSD bay.
  • Two convertible 3.5" HDD / 2.5" SSD bays.

Install your SSDs and HDDs into the appropriate bays and secure them with screws.

2.5 Graphics Card Installation

The NX200 M supports graphics cards up to 275 mm in length.

  1. Remove the necessary PCI-E slot covers from the rear of the case.
  2. Insert your graphics card into the appropriate PCI-E slot on your motherboard.
  3. Secure the graphics card with screws.

2.6 Cooling System Installation

The case offers flexible cooling options:

  • Front: Supports 2 x 120mm or 2 x 140mm fans, or a 240mm radiator.
  • Top: Supports 2 x 120mm fans.
  • Rear: Includes 1 x 120mm fan (pre-installed), also supports a 120mm radiator.

Install additional fans or radiators as desired, ensuring proper airflow direction.

2.7 Cable Management

Utilize the cable routing cutouts and tie-down points behind the motherboard tray to organize cables. This improves airflow and maintains a clean aesthetic.

3. Operation

3.1 Powering On/Off

Connect your power cable to the PSU and a wall outlet. Press the power button located on the top front panel of the case to turn your system on or off.

3.2 Using Front Panel Ports

The front panel provides convenient access to:

  • 1 x USB 3.0 port
  • 2 x USB 2.0 ports
  • Headphone jack
  • Microphone jack
  • Reset button

Ensure all internal front panel connectors are correctly attached to your motherboard for full functionality.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning

Regularly clean the exterior of the case with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners. For internal cleaning, power off and unplug your PC. Use compressed air to remove dust from fans, heatsinks, and internal components. Ensure proper ventilation during cleaning.

4.2 Dust Filters

The Antec NX200 M features dust filters on the mesh front panel and potentially other intake areas. Periodically remove and clean these filters to maintain optimal airflow and prevent dust buildup inside the case.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 No Power

  • Check if the power cable is securely connected to both the PSU and the wall outlet.
  • Ensure the PSU's power switch is in the 'ON' position.
  • Verify that the front panel power button connector is correctly attached to the motherboard.

5.2 Overheating Issues

  • Ensure all case fans are spinning correctly and are oriented for optimal airflow (intake at front/bottom, exhaust at rear/top).
  • Clean any dust buildup from fans and dust filters.
  • Verify that CPU cooler and GPU fans are functioning properly.

5.3 Component Fit Issues

  • Refer to the specifications section for maximum clearances for CPU coolers (150mm) and graphics cards (275mm).
  • Ensure your components do not exceed these dimensions.
