5.1 Selecting the Correct Mode

The juicer features three modes for optimal extraction:

• SOFE MODE (85-100 RPM): Ideal for soft fruits like oranges, watermelon, grapes, and berries.
• HARD MODE (95-110 RPM): Suitable for harder fruits and vegetables such as apples, pears, carrots, beets, celery, ginger, and kale.
• REVERSE (REV) Mode: Use this mode to clear any blockages if produce gets stuck during juicing. Hold the dial in the 'REV' position for a few seconds, then release and switch back to 'O' (Off) before selecting a juicing mode.

5.2 Juicing Process

1. Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and the juice and pulp cups are in place.

3. Turn the control dial to the desired mode (SOFE or HARD).
