5. Operating Instructions
Prepare your fruits and vegetables by washing them thoroughly. Cut larger items into smaller pieces (approximately 1-inch chunks) to fit the feeding chute and prevent clogging. Remove hard pits or large seeds.
5.1 Selecting the Correct Mode
The juicer features three modes for optimal extraction:
- SOFE MODE (85-100 RPM): Ideal for soft fruits like oranges, watermelon, grapes, and berries.
- HARD MODE (95-110 RPM): Suitable for harder fruits and vegetables such as apples, pears, carrots, beets, celery, ginger, and kale.
- REVERSE (REV) Mode: Use this mode to clear any blockages if produce gets stuck during juicing. Hold the dial in the 'REV' position for a few seconds, then release and switch back to 'O' (Off) before selecting a juicing mode.

5.2 Juicing Process
- Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and the juice and pulp cups are in place.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
- Turn the control dial to the desired mode (SOFE or HARD).
- Slowly feed the prepared fruits or vegetables into the feeding chute. Use the pusher gently to guide the produce down. Do not force large quantities at once.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your juicer, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Juicer stops during operation: The appliance has an automatic overheat protection feature. It will stop after approximately 20 minutes of continuous use. Unplug the juicer and allow it to cool down for at least 30 minutes before restarting.
- Produce is stuck in the chute: Switch the control dial to the 'REV' (Reverse) mode and hold for a few seconds. This will reverse the auger's rotation to dislodge the produce. Release the dial, switch to 'O' (Off), and then resume juicing in the appropriate mode.
- Low juice yield or wet pulp: Ensure you are using the correct mode (SOFE or HARD) for the type of produce. Cut produce into smaller pieces and feed them slowly to allow for thorough extraction.
