2. Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:

5. Setup
5.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all packaging materials from the electric kettle and its base. Retain packaging for future storage or disposal.
5.2 First Use Cleaning
Before using your kettle for the first time, it is recommended to clean it. Fill the kettle with water up to the MAX line, boil the water, then discard it. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues.
5.3 Placement
Place the kettle base on a dry, flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure the power cord is not dangling where it can be pulled or tripped over.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Filling the Kettle
Open the kettle lid. Fill the kettle with fresh water. Do not fill below the MIN line (0.5L) or above the MAX line (1.5L). Overfilling may cause boiling water to spill out. The extra wide 65° opening facilitates easy filling.

6.2 Placing on the Power Base
Place the kettle securely onto its power base. Ensure the kettle is properly seated on the base.
6.3 Starting the Boiling Process
Plug the power cord into a wall outlet. Press the ON/OFF switch located at the bottom of the handle. The LED indicator will illuminate, signaling that the kettle is heating.

6.4 Automatic Shut-Off
The kettle will automatically turn off once the water reaches a rolling boil. The LED indicator will extinguish, and the switch will flip up. This feature, along with boil-dry protection, ensures safety and energy efficiency.

7. Maintenance & Cleaning
7.1 Daily Cleaning
Unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Wipe the exterior of the kettle with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. The seamless inner wall and extra wide opening make cleaning convenient. Hand wash the interior if necessary.
7.2 Descaling
Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas. To descale:
- Fill the kettle with 2 cups of white vinegar and 2 cups of water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it stand for 30 minutes.
- Pour out the mixture and rinse the kettle thoroughly with fresh water.
- If necessary, repeat the process until all deposits are removed.
8. Troubleshooting
- Kettle does not turn on: Ensure the kettle is properly seated on its base and the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check if the ON/OFF switch is pressed down.
- Kettle turns off before boiling: This may indicate a boil-dry protection activation. Ensure there is sufficient water above the MIN line. If the kettle has been operated without water, allow it to cool down before refilling and restarting.
- Water has a strange taste/smell: For first use, perform the initial cleaning steps (boil and discard water 2-3 times). Ensure the kettle is regularly descaled to prevent mineral buildup.
- Slow boiling: Ensure the kettle is filled to an appropriate level and the power outlet is functioning correctly. The kettle is designed for fast boiling (1.5L in 6 minutes).
