2. Safety Information

General Safety Precautions:

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Operating the Gas Cooktop (Model EXQUISIT)

The EXQUISIT cooktop features four gas burners with electronic ignition, each having different thermal capacities. The burners are made of aluminum alloy with cast iron grates.

• Ignition: To ignite a burner, push down and turn the corresponding control knob counter-clockwise to the 'High' flame setting. The electronic ignition will spark. Hold the knob for a few seconds until the flame is stable.
• Flame Adjustment: Once ignited, adjust the flame size by turning the knob between 'High' and 'Low' settings.
• Safety Valve: Each burner is equipped with a safety valve that automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame accidentally extinguishes.
