Important Notes on Compatibility
- Remove the plastic frame from the head unit before installation.
- If your car has an iDrive system or LCD screen, this unit is NOT compatible.
- If your factory radio has an optical fiber amplifier (Harman Kardon system) and the plug does not have 8 speaker wires, a decoder may be required.
- Two air-conditioning covers (manual and auto) are provided. If the provided covers do not fit, minor modifications to the plastic frame on your BMW E90 air-conditioning equipment may be necessary.
