Setup

1. Battery Installation

The Strike Force Pro XD Trail Camera requires 6 AA batteries (not included). For optimal performance and battery life, it is recommended to use high-quality alkaline or lithium batteries. The battery tray is easily removed from the bottom of the camera. Insert the batteries according to the polarity indicators (+/-) inside the tray, ensuring they snap securely into place. Reinsert the tray firmly into the camera.

Opening the front panel of the camera reveals the 1.5-inch color view screen and intuitive control buttons for easy setup and footage review.

2. SD Card Installation

The camera supports SDXC memory cards up to 512GB. Locate the SD card slot on the bottom of the unit. Insert the SD card with the label facing up until it clicks into place. To remove, gently push the card in until it springs out. Ensure the camera is powered off before inserting or removing the SD card to prevent data corruption.

The included 32GB SDHC Class 10 memory card ensures fast data write speeds for high-resolution photos and HD video.

3. Mounting the Camera

The Strike Force Pro XD comes with an all-steel adjustable tree mount bracket. Attach the camera to a tree or post using the provided strap, ensuring the bracket is snug against the mounting surface. The bracket allows for angle adjustment, enabling you to point the camera precisely where needed, even downwards towards the ground. Secure the camera firmly to prevent movement from wind or wildlife.

4. Initial Settings

Once batteries and SD card are installed, power on the camera. Use the internal 1.5-inch color screen and the control buttons to navigate the menu. The menu system is straightforward: use the up and down arrow buttons to scroll through options, and the OK/Set button to select and confirm changes. Set the current time, date, and desired capture mode (photo, video, or Timelapse Plus).

• Photo Mode: Captures still images. You can set the number of multi-shot images (up to 8) or rapid-fire images (up to 8) per trigger event.
• Video Mode: Records 1080p Full HD video clips with sound, adjustable from 5 seconds to 2 minutes in length.
• Timelapse Plus Mode: Captures images at set intervals throughout the day, with additional IR-triggered images at night. Compatible with Browning Buck Watch Timelapse Viewer Software.

Advanced Features

• Dual Camera Lens Technology: Automatically switches between a custom-tuned daytime lens and a dedicated night lens for superior image quality in all lighting conditions.
