8. Maintenance

Regular cleaning and lubrication will ensure optimal performance and extend the life of your trimmer.

  1. Cleaning Blades: After each use, turn off the trimmer and remove the guide comb. Use the cleaning brush to remove any loose hairs from the blades and the trimmer head.
  2. Oiling Blades: After cleaning, apply 1-2 drops of the lubricating oil to the blades. Turn the trimmer on for a few seconds to distribute the oil evenly. This helps maintain blade sharpness and prevents rust.
  3. Storage: Store the trimmer in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

9. Troubleshooting

  • Trimmer not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to the USB charger and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again.
  • Poor trimming performance: Clean the blades thoroughly and apply lubricating oil. Ensure the guide comb is correctly attached. If performance does not improve, the blades may be dull and require replacement (contact support).
  • Trimmer gets hot: This can occur during prolonged use. Allow the trimmer to cool down before continuing. Ensure blades are clean and oiled.
  • Unusual noise: Turn off the trimmer immediately. Clean and oil the blades. If the noise persists, discontinue use and contact support.
