Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions:

  • Lack of USB-A Ports: The 2021 iMac primarily uses Thunderbolt / USB 4 ports. For older USB-A devices, a USB-C to USB-A adapter or a USB hub is required.
  • Connectivity Problems: Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled and connected to the correct network. For Bluetooth accessories, verify they are charged and within range.
  • Performance Issues: Close unnecessary applications. Ensure macOS is up to date. If issues persist, restart the iMac.

For more complex issues, refer to Apple's official support documentation or contact Apple Support directly.
