Assembly Video Guide:

  1. Unpack and Organize: Carefully unpack all components and lay them out on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches. Identify all parts against the package contents list. Do not discard the red bag containing small screws.
  2. Attach Lifting Columns to Frame Ends: Insert one lifting column into a frame end. Secure it using four small machine screws. Repeat for the second lifting column and frame end.
  3. Attach Side Brackets: Select a side bracket. The two tabs on the side bracket will slide into the frame end. Use two medium machine screws to secure the side bracket. Do not fully tighten until both screws are in place. Repeat for the other side.
  4. Attach Leg Assemblies to Desktop: Place the desktop upside down on a protected surface. Position one assembled leg (lifting column + frame end + side bracket) onto the desktop, ensuring the frame end points towards the center of the top. Secure it using the provided machine screws. Repeat for the other leg assembly.
  5. Position Center Rails: Slide the center rails into the frame ends attached to the desktop. Ensure the midpoint mark on each rail faces up and the cutout slots face inwards.
  6. Secure Center Rails: Center the labeled midpoint marks on both center rails between the two frame ends. Use the pre-installed set screws to firmly lock the center rails down.
  7. Attach Handset: Attach the handset to the underside of the desktop using the two wood screws.
  8. Plug in Cords:
    • Slide the control box onto the frame end with the capture plate.
    • Connect the cables from both legs to the control box via the sockets labeled M1 and M2. (Note: The 90-degree plug always goes into the M1 socket).
    • Connect the handset to the control box via the socket labeled HS.
    • Finally, connect the power cable via the power socket.

Use the included cable clips to tidy up the cords for a clean setup.

  9. Attach Feet to Lifting Columns: Loosely attach a foot to the bottom of each lifting column using four medium machine screws per foot. Insert all screws partway, then tighten them completely once all are in place.
  10. Double/Triple Check All Screws: Before flipping the desk, ensure all screws everywhere on the desk are tight.
  11. Flip Over the Desk: With the help of a friend, carefully lift the desk and gently flip it onto its feet. Support both the top and the frame, being careful not to put weight on the handset. Adjust the pre-installed leveling glides on the feet as needed to ensure stability.
