1. Introduction and Overview

Welcome to the user manual for your dotAIO mini BLUE VAPE MOD. This device is a compact and versatile vaping system from dotMod, designed for ease of use and customization. It offers a premium vaping experience with its intuitive design and robust features.

The dotAIO mini is a smaller, more portable version of the popular dotAIO, utilizing an 18350 battery (sold separately). It maintains the signature 4-level power output settings, allowing you to fine-tune your vaping experience. Its 510-standard drip tip ensures compatibility with a wide range of accessories, and the device supports various dotAIO parts for extensive customization.

3. Setup

3.1. Battery Installation

1. Remove the magnetic side panel of the dotAIO mini.
2. Insert a fully charged 18350 battery into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
3. Replace the magnetic side panel.

3.2. Coil Installation and Tank Filling

1. Remove the tank from the device.
2. Unscrew the airflow control base from the bottom of the tank.
3. Screw your chosen coil (0.3 ohm or 0.7 ohm) into the airflow control base.
4. Re-attach the airflow control base with the coil to the tank.
5. Open the silicone plug on the side of the tank.
6. Carefully fill the tank with your preferred e-liquid, avoiding the central airflow tube.
7. Close the silicone plug securely.
8. Insert the filled tank back into the device.

Note: For first-time use or after changing a coil, allow the e-liquid to saturate the coil for at least 5-10 minutes before vaping to prevent dry hits and ensure optimal flavor.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Power On/Off

Press the fire button 5 times rapidly to turn the device on or off.

4.2. Adjusting Power Output

The dotAIO mini features 4 power output levels. To adjust the power:

1. Remove the magnetic side panel to reveal the adjustment button.
2. Press the adjustment button to cycle through the four power levels. The LED indicator around the fire button will change color to indicate the current setting:
• Purple: Very Low
• Blue: Low
• Green: Medium
• Red: High
3. Select your desired power level and replace the side panel.

4.3. Vaping

Once the device is on and the tank is filled, press and hold the fire button while inhaling from the drip tip. Release the button when you finish inhaling.

4.4. Airflow Adjustment

The airflow can be adjusted by rotating the airflow control base at the bottom of the tank. Rotate clockwise for a tighter draw and counter-clockwise for a looser draw.

5. Maintenance

5.1. Cleaning the Tank

To clean the e-juice tank, remove it from the device and disassemble the coil and airflow base. Rinse all components with warm water. Allow them to air dry completely before reassembling and refilling.

5.2. Coil Replacement

Coils are consumable parts and should be replaced regularly, typically every 1-2 weeks depending on usage and e-liquid. When you notice a burnt taste, reduced vapor production, or diminished flavor, it's time to replace the coil. Follow the coil installation steps in Section 3.2.

5.3. General Care

• Keep the device clean and dry. Wipe down any e-liquid condensation or residue regularly.
• Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or water.
• Store e-liquid and the device out of reach of children and pets.
• Use only the provided Type-C charging cable for charging.
