2. Device Overview

The Motorola One 5G features a 6.7-inch CinemaVision FHD+ display, a 48 MP quad-camera system, and a 5000 mAh battery. It operates on Android 10.0 and supports 5G connectivity.

3. Setup

3.1. Inserting the SIM Card

  1. Locate the SIM tray on the side of your device.
  2. Insert the SIM tray ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray to open it.
  3. Place your Nano SIM card into the tray with the gold contacts facing down. Ensure it is correctly seated.
  4. Carefully push the SIM tray back into the slot until it clicks into place.

3.2. Charging the Battery

  • Connect the USB Type-C cable to the phone's charging port at the bottom.
  • Connect the other end of the cable to a power adapter and plug it into a wall outlet.
  • The device features a 5000 mAh Lithium-Polymer battery. Allow sufficient time for a full charge before initial use.

3.3. Powering On/Off

  • To power on, press and hold the Power button (located on the right side) until the Motorola logo appears.
  • To power off, press and hold the Power button, then select "Power off" from the options on the screen.

4.1. Basic Navigation

  • The device features a touchscreen interface for navigation.
  • Swipe up from the bottom to access the app drawer.

5. Maintenance

5.1. Cleaning Your Device

5.2. Water Resistance

The Motorola One 5G is designed with a water-resistant coating to protect against moderate exposure to water, such as accidental spills, splashes, or light rain. It is not designed to be submerged in water or exposed to pressurized water or liquids other than fresh water. Water resistance may decrease over time with normal use.

5.3. Battery Care

  • To prolong battery life, avoid extreme temperatures.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1. Device Not Turning On

  • Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged. Connect the phone to a charger for at least 15 minutes before attempting to power it on again.
