2. Safety Instructions
WARNING: Read all safety warnings, instructions, illustrations, and specifications provided with this power tool. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.
2.1 General Power Tool Safety
- Work Area Safety: Keep your work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents. Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
- Electrical Safety: Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges, and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
- Personal Safety: Always wear eye protection. Use personal protective equipment such as dust masks, non-skid safety shoes, hard hats, or hearing protection when appropriate. Dress properly; do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep hair and clothing away from moving parts.
2.2 Battery Tool Use and Care
- Charging: Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack.
- Battery Pack: Use power tools only with specifically designated battery packs. Use of any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.
- Storage: When the battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws, or other small metal objects, that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.
3. Product Components

4. Setup
4.1 Battery Charging
Before first use, fully charge the 4.0Ah lithium-ion battery. The 4A fast charger can fully charge the battery in approximately one hour.
- Connect the charger to a standard power outlet.
- Slide the battery pack onto the charger until it clicks into place.
- Monitor the charging indicator lights on the charger. The lights will indicate the charging status.
- Once fully charged, remove the battery from the charger.

4.2 Battery Installation and Removal
- Installation: Align the battery pack with the base of the impact wrench. Slide the battery into the tool until it locks securely into place with a click.
- Removal: Press the battery release button (usually located on the sides of the battery) and slide the battery pack out of the tool.
4.3 Attaching Sockets
The impact wrench features a 1/2-inch square drive for attaching impact sockets.
- Ensure the tool is off and the battery is removed before attaching or removing accessories.
- Push the desired impact socket (17mm, 19mm, or 21mm) onto the 1/2-inch square drive anvil until it is firmly seated. The detent pin on the anvil will help secure the socket.
- To remove, pull the socket firmly off the anvil.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off and Variable Speed
The tool is activated by pressing the variable speed trigger. The speed of the tool is controlled by the amount of pressure applied to the trigger. Pressing the trigger further increases the speed.
5.2 Forward/Reverse Switch
A switch located above the trigger controls the direction of rotation (forward for tightening, reverse for loosening). Ensure the switch is fully engaged in either the forward or reverse position before operating the tool. A center position locks the trigger to prevent accidental startup.
5.3 Speed Settings (3 Gears)
The impact wrench offers three speed settings to match the application requirements. Adjust the speed using the dedicated speed regulation button, typically located near the base of the handle.
- Gear 1 (0-1000 RPM): For delicate tasks or when precise control is needed.
- Gear 2 (0-1500 RPM): For general fastening and loosening tasks.
- Gear 3 (0-2000 RPM): For heavy-duty applications requiring maximum torque (up to 500 Nm demolition torque, 400 Nm fastening torque).
Selecting the appropriate speed helps prevent damage to fasteners and materials.
5.4 LED Work Light
The integrated LED light illuminates the work area when the trigger is pressed, improving visibility in dimly lit conditions.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
Regularly clean the tool's ventilation openings to prevent dust and debris buildup. Use a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Keep the handle dry, clean, and free from oil and grease.
6.2 Battery Care and Storage
- Store batteries in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Do not store batteries in a discharged state for extended periods. Recharge them periodically if not in use.
- Avoid exposing batteries to water or moisture.
6.3 Socket Inspection
Periodically inspect the impact sockets for wear, cracks, or damage. Replace worn or damaged sockets immediately to ensure safe and effective operation.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
